About these terms
These terms of use apply between Prestaged ("Prestaged", "we", "us") and you as a user of prestaged.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms.
Prestaged is currently in a closed beta phase. Features may change, be restricted or be removed during this period.
What Prestaged is
Prestaged is a curated marketplace showcasing interiors from home staging studios, showrooms, photo shoots and professional settings. Prestaged facilitates contact between buyers and studios.
Prestaged is not a party to the transaction. We do not handle payments, checkout, shipping, returns or invoicing. Agreements on price, payment, delivery and condition are made directly between buyer and studio, outside the platform.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for access to your email address, since sign-in happens via a magic link.
- Buyers can register directly. During the beta phase, studios are admitted only after application and review.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to:
- publish misleading, unlawful, offensive or copyrighted material without the right to do so,
- publish items you do not own or have the right to sell,
- use the platform for spam, mass messaging or automated data harvesting,
- attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt operations,
- use contact details from the platform for purposes other than the transaction in question.
Content and rights
You retain all rights to the text and images you upload. You grant Prestaged a non-exclusive, revocable licence to display the content on the platform and in editorial contexts promoting Prestaged, such as social channels and newsletters. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for already-published marketing material.
Content from private individuals (At Home)
An At Home profile is a private individual's account, not a professional studio profile. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish the images you upload and that anyone shown in the interiors has given their consent. Do not publish images that reveal an exact home address or other details you do not wish to share.
External product links
You may link to products at external shops, including links that earn you compensation (affiliate links). Such links are clearly labelled for visitors. Purchases, payment, delivery and returns take place at the external shop — Prestaged is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the shop's content, prices or terms. Links must not be misleading.
Prices and fees
Prestaged does not take any commission on completed transactions. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Studio Free (SEK 0/month) is the plan available today. Studio Plus and optional visibility features will launch later and cannot be activated today. No automatic billing takes place.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is. Prestaged is not responsible for the condition, authenticity or availability of items, nor for the conduct of the other party, nor for indirect losses such as loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights a consumer has under mandatory law.
Suspension
We may pause or suspend accounts that breach these terms, put other users' safety at risk, or damage trust in the platform. For minor breaches, we will contact you first. You may delete your account at any time.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. Consumers may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
